Just a quick one

I have been tying on Varivas 2120WB hooks for the last couple of weeks.
They come as barbless and have a fantastic shape, so i thought i'd give them a go. :z16

Excellent hooks, nicely tempered and a delight to tie on, the shape and position of the eye helps make lovely neat heads. A great hook for Dries, spiders and wets.

They come in boxes of 30 as well and are pretty good value at £3.30.

If you are going to tie traditional style flies , give these a go :z16

I use a lot of Varivas hooks as they do some nice BIG hooks that are light in wire but very strong aqnd ideal for Pike flies. The best one being the "Big Mouth"..which is a Cod hook. I use them upto a size 8/0, but more typically a 4/0.

I also adore the 2600 ST-V range of stainless hooks for anything that meeds to be dressede to look like a bait fish, be it for makeral, pollock, Pike or Perch.

There dry fly/klinkhammer hooks are extremely light but very strong too...with a really nice curve. Great for suspender buzzers too ot CDC type emergers.
