Anyone ever used any off this stuff?
I reckon it would be good stuff if it was small enough!

Interesting link there (Mozilla users - dont bother trying, needs internet explorer  :z10 ) and I like the look of the product, lots of potential there I think. I wonder if Magnus has come across if yet for a FF&FT review :?

Hi Bigtroot,

when you get some any chance of taking a photo showing its properties (hard to get a feel for materials when they are shown on a spool).

I purchased some flat, narrow purple mylar tinsel from Neil Anderson which I have used to 'modify' the Snipe and Purple - gives a very nice look BUT haven't got round to trying it on the Broonies.

Not a problem Iain. was that the fuscha stuff you got from Neil?
Its a shame only a few tinsels are made in the small sizes as i found that purple/fuscha was only available in a medium which was far to big for cheeks!.

Pssssst..the craft shop in Banchory, Megs Attic, had several different spools of fine tinsel in various colours. She also has some metallic embroidery threads which make great sparkly bodies. :)

Much cheaper than from tackle dealers too.

Good tip that Rob  :z16 I used to go into a wee craft shop in Peterculter which had some great stuff, but that was several years ago and I've no idea if it's still on the go.
