wet and spider hooks - your advice is welcome

Hi guys,
Lately, I've become "hooked" on spider and short-bodied wet flies. Here in Transylvania, we have some old traditional patterns that I've started to recreate. Together with the Japanese team at Daiichi, I managed to design a special hook dedicated to simple wet flies. I'm wondering — do you think it would also suit the classic UK patterns?
Below is the hook; I'll also take a photo of it on graph paper to show all the available sizes.
What do you think?

These look good for what you want to do as far as I can see.
 I normally use a Kamazan B170, B175 or a B160 for mine.
I also have some Partridge hooks, supposed to be for spiders but have never used them so far.
I will update you on the Partridge ones very soon.
They are  Partridge of Redditch  L3AS/2XF 1XS

Thanks Brian.
In the past I used several types but some of my friends asked for short shank hooks with straight eyes. So  here it is...

Hi Spotted Post , I like the B160 but go back a size as there short shank you can use the bigger gape to your advantage, the B130 hook are also worth a look,

I like the Hanak H550BL for spiders. I like the straight eye for that classic look but trust the extended curved point for a barbless hook. However this looks like a tidy hook

Nice one Ben, that's a cracking looking fly  >)

Thank you. I really enjoy tying spiders even if I don't have classic water near me. This is grouse + hare mask. Really wonderful forum too. I'm in Wales but as a keen rod builder and tier I came here because you've got an all star cast...! Hoping to learn more about loch fishing for our llynoedd too

Lucien, I'm a big fan of your tying and products too 👌
