March to the River Don

The March to the River Don, held on the first Saturday of the Salmon season, falls on February 15th this year.

All are welcome to attend the event, meeting up from 8.30am for teas/coffees at St Andrews Church Hall, Inverurie. The March to the River is organised by Inverurie Angling Association and will commence at 9.30am, with piper Paul Malley leading the procession to the Don Bridge.

The March To The River Don also signals light at the end of the tunnel - with only a few weeks to go until the Brown Trout season opens on March 15th.
