Been making a start on spring tubes. I know Santa is bringing a loop tube fly box so I thought I would make a start on filling it

Since your back is in a bad way, it would be a crying shame for these to not be put to good use in February.

Being's as I'm such a kind and loving son who appreciates the time and effort you have out into tying these. I will collect some from you upon my return from offshore.

It's a long way to February, I am certain that between my frequent visits to the torturer ( chiropractor) and the really trippy drugs that I am currently enjoying courtesy of my local GP, I will be in fine fettle come the start of the season. However I applaud you for your act of obvious selflessness and your kind offer to take my tubes for a swim.
