With the weather still mild, sport remained good for most of the week. anglers were reporting good bags with lots of fish in the 3 to 7lb range being caught.
Whitehills angler C McKay was top rod with 27 fish falling to his w.s.w. and with a fish of 6lb his best. I Brookes from Berwick had a great time, fishing two sessions he landed 45 fish with numerous fish between 6 and 8lb and one of 9.3lb his best, all caught on buzzers.
D Mair bagged 21 on w.s.w and blobs with a fish of 6.8lb his best while A Anderson landed 20 over two sessions with fish of 10lb and 7lb his best.
Exxon Mobil A.C. landed 39 fish for their day, top rod went to J Aiken landing 12 to 6lb on a yellow dancer while B Duguid boated 12 to 6lb on lures. C Muszynski bagged 16 to 5lb on a white fritz and D Wood of Aberdeen boated 10 to 5lb on a w.s.w. J Rennie had a fish of 12lb in his bag of 8 taken on various flies while B Reid landed 8 to 4.8lb on lures, G Wood, N Paterson and M Daniel all had bags of 7 to 3lb on lures while J Mann landed one of 10lb in his bag of 6 and brother M Mann boated one of 8.9lb in his bag of 5 all on c.d.c. and buzzers.
