« on: 06/02/2014 at 12:37 »
Afternoon Chaps.

I am looking to go for a full day Sunday fish.
My local is Raemoir but wanted to try somewhere different - Any recommendations?  I know Loch Insch used to be good but since the new owners it has been decline since?

Any ideas?

I take it you are local to Banchory? If so, I would recommend Midmar as a change venue. Normally quiet with lots or water to fish in 3 seperate ponds.  http://www.midmarfishery.co.uk/

Its only 15 minutes from Banchory too :)

Fish respond well to buzzers and dries in mild weather and mini lures if cold, although buzzers will also take fish.

Clear water too so you often spot and cast to a fish.
