Well, that's the 12 weight catfish rod done. Getting tested later this month on 100lb+ Wels catfish  *smiley-shocking*

Needless to say, it is an Epic Boca Grande, fitted with titanium REC reelseat, titanium Fuji K guides and Fuji thread. Those guides are incredibly light by the way.

As for Sandy...there is my trying to strive for simplicity like Sandys rods and the customer just wants LOUD ;)

Unfortunately they only caught small catfish during the trip, the nights were well below freezing and so the big fish did not feed.
