« on: 19/02/2008 at 19:44 »
Hi folks

Black Damsel, Olive Damsel, Bloodworm, Buzzers and Mini Cats have been on the menu at Haddo this week.

Ice made things trickier at times, but Jim Eddie enjoyed some good sport with 8 fish up to 15 lb, Kev Danby had 8 up to 10 lb and Peter Scott 6 fish up to 12 lb.

Denis Brown tempted 18 fish up to 9 lb for his 4hr session, Keith Crocket had 17 up to 10 lb, Peter Wilson 15 up to 13 lb, Bill Bain 15 up to 10 lb, Colin McKay 11 up to 12 lb and Chris McAllister netted 10 fish up to 9½ lb.

Junior anglers, Kieran McKay netted 4 fish including a nice 10 pounder and Scott Burnett caught his 1st trout on the fly, well done to both!

Was asking as he dont look that old, i tried nicky with my 9'6" #7 on sun in the park and i was surprised how well he managed and he's only 7 in may.

Might pop up to haddo on sat for an hour to see how he goes.
