Excellent Mike. Might get the wee twig burner out next week myself. I am going to have the redneck fire pit out over the weekend (washing machine drum) so we can watch Elon Musks latest money burner  trash the evening sky. Apparently he is planning 40,000 of theae bloody things :mad

Cool! I made a rare mini bbq out of stainless steel pipe at my work a while ago, planning to try it out this weekend! Make sure it works well before taking it places!

This is what I made mine from,
https://www.ikea.com/gb/en/p/ordning-kitchen-utensil-rack-stainless-steel-30131716/

4 bolts for feet and a squre hole in the side to feed in the twigs. Rare wee thing for a brew.

As you can tell it was a slow week at work that week😂😂.  Made a much lighter version that's at the folks house, more like a the portable bbqs you get but a permanent one🤔

not being as handy i bought one of these a couple of years ago -  a Komado oven.

they are superb.....

One lot of lumpwood charcoal and its sits at 200 celcius for about 3 hours no worries, Great for the normal BBQ stuff, roasts etc

Aldi normally start going them at this time of year. Much better than paying a grand for one !

Euan,

That's cool, made a similar thing myself. They are good for adventures!
