I’ve just got my hands on an Amber 580  4pc with epic tube and bag. Brand new current Zentron spec.  ( same style as the one we did the Forum specced build last year)
So this is available if anyone fancies a build or wants to have a go themselves. Same deal as per the first post.

Cheers

888 is coming along nicely and now has its second coat of epoxy hardening off and then it will be cutting it back and smoothing it out and applying the final coat next week.

The Iceman 580 is finished and waiting to go out next week.
Looking quite unique in a rather cool combination of colours which is very much like Icemans helmet.

Iain finished his one too, looking lovely and clean   :z16
He’s already impressed with just casting in the garden, hopefully he gets a proper bend in her soon.

Both builds looking fantastic. I've got a PayBay Quickline 9wt here that I've just started and a 9'4wt Dancraft FTL that I'm rebuilding minus the bottom section to give me a 7'6".

Sandy, mind if I ask what pen/ink you used to draw the shrimp on the blank?

Cheers

Dan it’s one of these

They cost me about a £1 from the range. I’d say one lasts 10 rods before it starts leaking then I chuck and get another.
Easy to use, clean and neat. Just leave it overnight to dry before epoxy and it works fine, no problems  :z16
I’ve black , gold and silver ones too just in case.
