New Member and looking for some help - fishing Linthrathen next week for the first time and would like some suggestions for methods, flies etc. Grateful for all help

As with any water, at Lintrathen the prevailing conditions and weather history play a major part in what works and what doesn't.
If the water is pretty turbid I have done better fishing attractor patterns deep and fast, if the water is clear then nymphs and dries have outfished traditional wets for me.

Do not ignore the bank where you pick the boat up from, too many folk go motoring off down the loch without covering the fish right in front of them.....  :wink
