Online storage
« on: June 18, 2019, 18:40:52 PM »
Hi, I'm looking for suggestions for online storage.
I want to upload photos and be able to paste a link in a spreadsheet to open the picture. I have done it with links to pictures from Google ect but want to do it to my own pictures.

Hope I've made this clear, oh and free of course.

For the pics I want to post on a forum I use Imgur. It's a free hosting website.  https://imgur.com/

Hi Jeff,

Just had a quick look do you have to post your picture onto this site for everyone to see then copy the link to the picture and paste it into forums?

I want private online storage.

I think you can do something like this using Dropbox or Box, you add your pictures to the folder, you can keep your folder private or viewable by downloading the link it gives you for the folder and send it to whoever you want, or paste it on a link so people can click on it and it will take them to your folder to view, hope that makes sense 😉
