I have an old Hardy Mk4 Richard Walker 9’ Farnborogh fly rod collecting dust and was wondering if anyone  could carry out a full refurbishment for me?

The original maker's label is intact but it would need a complete strip down and rebuild as it was re whipped many years ago and varnished.
