I have other reels which I prefer and were cheaper.  It is very light though, maybe that’s what you are paying for  :z8

Rods on the other hand are easier to justify.  In my head anyway.

Also that’s from a trout perspective.  I understand Salmon and Saltwater can need better gear, but for trout that will rarely take you to the backing, I just don’t see the point of going over £200.  Lots of very nice reels at that price range.
