I was out for a walk with my wife yesterday evening and bumped into a guy by the Old Bridge of Balgownie, just as he was packing away his gear. Had a nice chat and he was kind enough to pass on some tips on fishing this particular stretch of the river.
Always lifts my spirits to have a chat with nice kind people. I know he is a member of the ADAA and he drives a Dacia 4x4. Thanks fella, I hope to bump into you again next season and perhaps cast a few flies!
