Hardy Shadow 10' 8#

Hi,
Has any of you lovely people had any experience of this rod? I mainly fish large waters on a boat and was wondering if this rod would be suitable using sinking and intermediate lines.
Has anyone got any thoughts on Hardy Jet vs Hardy Shadow both reduced in price at the moment.
Your thoughts, comments and advise would be very much appreciated as always.
Tight lines

Not conscious I have ever seen one, but being a modern rod made by Hardy I would guess that it would be more than capable of handling intermediate and sinking lines in the appropriate sizes.
