I'm off to west coast near Ben Nevis weekend and hoping to sneak few hours trout fishing on river lochy, anyone got details of fishing and permits

Unless things have changed, there's not much chance of trout fishing on the river except by special arrangement.  You could try messaging River Lochy on Facebook.
