What poly leaders for SLX

What length on poly leaders do you recommend for a 7wt SLX to be used on a 10 foot #7 rod? To be used for streamers trout/rainbow and salmon fishing. Same length for all kind of sinking rates?

Hi 'pcca417'

My choice would be 7 ft poly leaders.

Best wishes
Mike

Sorry for the kinda late reply!
Last season I changed to a Mallard sink tip line. Before that I used an SLX on a 9'6" #7 with various polyleaders from a cut down 5' up to 10' no problems! (river, sea trout)
Having said that, I'm going to get it out again as a straight floater! (no rain)  :wink
