Not heard anything for a while Bob, no longer on the market last time I looked.

Loch Insch returned to the market about 6 weeks ago with a new agent. Baird Lumsden (part of DM Hall) were marketing it at offers over £330k, significantly below the former asking price. It looks like a closing date was held early in February, which would suggest that there was a few interested parties. Time will tell if it has sold or not.
