Hi folks

Damsels, Cats and Procter Flashback Nymphs have produced good sport at Haddo this week. Floating lines fished surprisingly well considering conditions during the week and a good number of fish are continuing to break the surface.

Kevin Neri tempted 35 fish up to 10 lb for his 4 hour winter league session on home-tied Cats and Sunburst Damsels, Colin Mackay netted 17 up to 6 lb, Jim Adie 17 up to 8 lb, Ian Brown 13 up to 9 lb, John Lillie 15 up to 10 lb, David Lillie 16 up to 4½ lb, Dave Gordon 10 up to 10 lb and Alistair McKenzie had 14 fish up to 10 lb.

Not everybody reached "the magic 10 fish mark" of course, but they still enjoyed good sport ......... Alex Thain netting 9 fish up to 10 lb, Hugh Baxter 9 up to 12 lb, John Baxter 8 up to 12 lb, Lloyd Rattray 9 up to 8 lb and Kenny Hall had 9 fish up to approx 9 lb.

Junior anglers have enjoyed good sport too, Kieran Mackay netted 5 fish up to 12 lb for his winter league entry and Jay Scott also tempted 5, including a nice trout of approx 10 lb which was soon followed by another cracking fish of approx 13 lb, two personal bests in one day! :shock

Best wishes
