I've had a terrible experience this week trying to send a rod to another user of this forum (he's been very patient, with me at least!). Terrible service from a courier broker website. So far, it's taken 10 days to get from aberdeen to Perth... it only has to get to GLenrothes... 95 miles, door to door... I could have walked it there faster.

One of my parcels took 3 days to reach the customer in Mexico recently, another took 2 months to reach Chile

To be fair, they all usually arrive in 5 to 10 working days worldwide, but every now and then one is delivered by snail

And you learn things, for example anything posted to Austria needs (Europe) in the address, or it will go via Australia

Little closer to home this one, online DVLA request for HGV provisional licence. After week two , Two further online requests + email request. Gave up after three weeks and went to post office. 5 weeks later two aplications were posted through the door. 😈😈😈😈
