Hi folks

Well, top fly without a doubt this week ......... was the Cat's Whisker ( size 12 ) :wink
But there again, that is the fly that just about everybody was fishing :z7
Damsels, Sunburst Blob, Okey Dokey, Pheasant Tail Nymph and Buzzers also produced good sport :z15

Jim Adie tempted 25 fish up to 10 lb for his 4 hour Winter League entry, Rod Mackay netted 21 fish up to 11½ lb for his session, Kevin Neri 16 up to 8 lb, Scott Hartley 15+ up to 10 lb, Fred McAlley 14 up to 17 lb, Chris McAllister 13 up to 8 lb, Colin Mackay 13 up to 8 lb, Keith Crocket 12 up to 4 lb, Alex Burnett 12 up to 10 lb, Graham Hartley 10 up to 4 lb, Dave Sutherland 10 up to 10 lb, Drew Buchan 10 up to 15 lb and Bill Main 10 fish up to 18 lb ........ we agreed on 18 lb as the electronic scales were "bouncing" from 18 to 22 :shock

Hugh Baxter also enjoyed a good session when he netted 10 fish up to 9½ lb this week, he returned a few days later and only managed to catch 8 fish this time on his "Simple Simon" pattern .......... but one of these was 10 lb and two of them were 15 lb or more :grin

Best wishes
Mike Barrio

PS: Ian says there will not be any fishing reports in the Evening Express this week
