Flit & Fish?

Morning All,

For your perusal: http://search.struttandparker.com/property-for-sale-in-scotland/aberdeenshire/inverurie/strathhaugh-cottage-cluny-inverurie-aberdeenshire-ab51/60484

I used to be involved with this place over at Cluny a few years ago. I admired the place because it was so secluded and remember it being a real wildlife hotspot. The house itself is a little bit damp and has an unusual layout, requiring you to go through a bedroom to get to another etc. There is a good compliment of outbuildings and garden ground.

I never saw anyone fishing the pond but there are apparently fish there. The photos on the website do no do the size of the pond justice and it is quite big.

Personally I think the asking price is steep and if I was in a position to buy I would want to reframe the whole thing, reinsulate and address the heating situation.

Any takers?
