I have to say that I am surprised and disappointed that this post had to come down at the request of the original author.
I think that's a shame for this forum as there was some interesting debate in there. Perhaps it will serve as a reminder to us all that emotive subjects tend to bring out the best and worst in all of us in equal measure; sometimes it is prudent to take a breath and to chose our words carefully before posting.
