You really should just go out and search for them...it's much better than asking someone who's probably battered the water for a few hours and scared everything up stream! Head to the places that'll be quiet....mid or upper, all the fish will be lying there (Although with the wind/cold, good luck)

Yes ross that is true but when u cant get down the next thing is to ask.Aye fished it mostly 16 days of each month last year so aye did batter the water.Just nice to know if there are any reports.
