Haddo Trout Fishery

With Rain wind and more rain Its been difficult at the fishery with paths and bank erosion luckily not too heavy though.
Weed is still playing a big part and with this in mind it is the intention to close for the next 3 weeks to allow us to clear big pockets of the shallows of Weed.

Some rather large Fish have been seen patrolling the weed and I must be honest on one occasion I couldn't resist but put a daddy longlegs in front
and wham it hit like a freight train great solid Blue Trout of 6Lb, I hope to have the fishery back to a good clear patch by 3 weeks and will post updates

areas that have been cleared have seen a great amount of fish taking hatches and great to see the lake alive with Trout taking off the surface
we will strive to get it clear so more Anglers can enjoy it soon! :z4 :z4 :z4
