This past fourtnight has seen mixed weather with mixed sucess for the anglers,
On the fly loch snathers and black spidars have been the flies of choice, Dick Wales had five rainbows up to 4lb 8oz,  Ian Christie of Peterhead had two good sessions on his first landed 11 all on bibio snatchers and a cinnamon sedge. With his second session he had 5 brownies  two at 3lb and one at 4lb9oz on a bibio snatcher, Nicky Cameron had a day session landing 9 rainbows to 9lb 8oz on a gold head olive Snatcher, Kevin Slessor had 4, Jim Dalziel had a rainbow and 5 browns up to about 3lb, David Simpson of New Deer had a 4lb10oz rainbow on a czech nymph.

On the Coarse water once again John Lawler has cleaned up with big bags, on one 4 hour session he was landing one fish a minute for near a hour and a half from 8pm using maggots, he returned on saturday and had another bag of over 40 again on maggots, both sessions saw a mix of rudd, goldern rudd and roach to a bout a lb and carp to 4lb. John sumptor had a morning session landing 9 roach and a carp.
