Thomas&Thomas 1212 (rare!), and Sage 8136 New
« on: 06/08/2014 at 20:09 »
Gents, here are two of my rods FS, what I just do not use.
Both are kind of "classics", in great condition, TnT was used on two trips, Sage was purchased for an imaginary huchen-fishing trip, but it was just test casted a few times.
both rods have small surface scratches on the male ferrule of one section, but nothing what affects the rod integrity.
The TNT 1212 is a great overhead rod for #12 rated single head shooting lines, and it doubles as a #9/10 scandi rod. It's a three piece-rod.
The 13,6' #8 traditional is kind of a "big brother of the old 6126 Eu graphite IV. Not a wimpy rod, it's a great time tested piece.

the TnT comes with a custom(non factory) rod sock and a cordura tube (the duck tape is just a "roadproofing", easily strippable), the Sage has no tube just a factory sock.

Both rods are  Euro 300  + shipping- just to clear things up: when I mean "both rods" I mean the prices are equal, so one rod is Eur300   (I ship with DPD (    http://www.dpd.com ))

I'm open for offers, tho'

pics of the TnT 1212(will do pics of the Sage if anyone is interested):
