Over the last 2 weeks it's been some very different weather from a sleet rain pour to great sunshine and temperature in the teens. Fish have been seen on the surface but in the brighter days have been taking the lower down offerings. Cats whisker, buzzer and damsel still seem to be the flies of choice and getting some good catches .
Early in the week G Ellington had a good catch of 6 and 5 on two trips using buzzers, S Argo and S Williams tempted 6 and 8 respectively with cats whiskers . J Last had 4 with small black buzzer .
Z Kennie had a great day on the float tube with 12 including some great fighting fish and brilliant to see the float tube getting used to good effect.
