Jim and l were at Wardend fishery today just outside Elgin, had an excellent 5 hours and caught 12 rainbows between us, the biggest being 5lb 2oz. Absolutely pissed down all day but fish were rising freely  :z16

what like is the loch for being new? and prices?

been thinking about going up but never managed to get away from the garden and work :mad

Its excellent, very well kept, clean, still got work to do on fishers lodge to get it finished, just decorating really.
Prices are £10 catch and release and £2 extra for how many fish you want to take.

is that like £12 for 1 fish £14 for 2 £16 for 3 etc etc? if so good value for money there then might need to give it a try

A great little fishery and despite the rain Tam and I had an excellent 5 hours there. It was good of Tam to say that we had 12 fish between us. Thanks Tam. The breakdown was as follows: Tam 10  Jimbob 2!!!!!!!
Well kept, owner very freindly and helpful. Will be paying lots of visits in the future.
