Can someone please tell me what this is for??

it's a materials keeper. slide/attach it to your vise behind the jaws and use it to hold materials out of the way when tying flies.

they're quite handy, specially if the vise doesn't have screws or whatnot to suspend/keep materials out of the way.

Here is my first finished fly. A March Brown sized (10) GHRE. I'm very happy with the result! What do you's think, are my proportions right?
