all those 23 minutes of practicing last week were worth it... it annoyed me that I couldn't cast it last time out, so it was satisfying to be able to do better this time out. Was pretty hungover today - that's my excuse for the rest of the scores.

Dan nailed the accuracy 11 hits, but really close with almost every cast. impressive

Another great day and some impressive casting by everyone.  :z16
As for the accuracy, guess I just got lucky today, as last time I only got 2.

Oy mr d I cast the 5 wt 70 odd feet with a busted hand, surely that rates an honorable mention in dispatches  :X2

74'8" to be exact Pete, about the same as you cast last time with a non busted hand  :z4  I should have credited your final cast,

I left it out as I posted a screen shot of the official results, had I recorded your chuck then I would have had to score you a maximum of 7 points for the rest of the events meaning you would have been last today and last overall  :z7

Apart from Pete who valiantly threw the #5 whilst almost mortally wounded, there was some really good casting today.  Cracking performance by Dan on the accuracy and the DHD practice was definitely evident Iain.  Must do some myself!

Cheers

After two meets, the series records are as follows

Accuracy - 11
5wt - 114'
7wt - 129'
55g salmon - 166'1"
27g Sea Trout - 134'6"

The 27g needs lifting a few yards next time I think.....
