Excellent pics Iain I especially like the one of the tiny angler fishing off the stone in the wall. Looks like he's 100 feet above the water  :z16

Great pictures guys. I recognise the burn between 2 lochs that I like to fish. I would have loved to come for a coupkle of days but I ended up away on business abroad.

Next time.

Yup agree crackin pics from an outstanding fishing area.  Those burns have been well trod by me in the past as well, not to mention a lot of those lochs.
Loved the 'Tiny Angler of Advrek'  :z4

There was a great rise to them Sandy fish were taking them but in that burn the trout are hungry.  Caught on DHE's, small black Klinks, #14 elk hair caddis, huge black Klinks, huge cream (Mayfly) Klinks.

Cheers

Now's certainly the time to hit the Assynt mayfly waters (Wimbledon fortnight) and the big East End Assynt waters can be fantastic.  Got me in the mood for a couple of days on Cama and Veyatie now.................
