Rob,

Why are you using the tapered needles for lined Cu tubes?  Use the ones with the end and then wind the vice out to nip the tube against the end on the needle, you tube!!

Well, considering I bought the vice from you and the only attachment in the box was a long tapered needle, I guess I must have been a tube ;)

Are you telling me I have bought faulty goods?  :X2

Faulty no, maybe missing a pack of three additional needles but, as all the needles come sealed into a pack together I'd be very surprised that you got just one needle.  Drop in past the shop with the packaged vice and I'll check the contents and replace anything that isn't there that should be there.  There should be three tapered needles and three "stoppered" needles.

Cheers

Sorry, been on the toilet for a few days! That vice I got was on display, I seem to recall you going through to get a bpx, then dismantaling the one on the shelf.

I am not even sure I still have the packaging.

You'll be gutted when you lose that one, doesn't look like a 5 minute tie.  Get some super glue on the front, that should tidy it up a bit :z7

Teflon hard as nails will just have to do. Besides...... isn't it just Peter that uses superglue for tying with :z7
