Hi folks, l was having a search through some of my late dads fishing gear that l have had for a wee while now and l found an Olympic 9320 carbon fiber fly reel, it is fairly light at 3.5oz and it is 3.5 inches in diameter
But l cant find any weight rating on it, does anyone know how l can determine what it is

Stick a line on it and see if it fits :
Then work out what you would need with backing.

At a guess a 3.5" standard arbour reel is probably a Wf6 or 7  with about 100 yds of standard 20lb backing.
