I tried one of the new Sexyloops rods at the Scottish Gathering back in May ...... nice, very nice and it was certainly great fun with the GT125 line on it

I have one of the rods now, but I haven't been out to play with it yet, as I don't enjoy casting on ice

When Mike eventually comes out of hibernation (the weather warms up) and brings it over for me to play with, I'll CCS it here.  Won't be a perfect measurement as I don't have a good permanent rig but should be fairly close.

Probably, it's just nice sometimes to have a objective set of numbers to compare a rod. Subjective rants are plentiful
