One of the things that I noticed when we had rainbows in Haddo, was that they never took an interest in flying adult damsels, not even when there were hundreds of them skimming along the water.

Chalk & Cheese ..... the brownies seem to love them and are very good at intercepting them in the air! It is good fun to sit and watch adult damsels skimming along now, as you are just waiting for a brownie to take them and they often leap high out of the water to get them

Yes, it's been done Noel, but not often that we get enough wind at Haddo

Big change in the "feel" of the place over the last couple of days, there is still a lot of pollen coming from the trees, but the first few leaves are falling ....... Autumn has either arrived, or is just around the corner

It has been a strange year so far
