Opening day got off very well with 112 fish caught by 11 anglers. The water here is still cold due to the seclusion of the woodland and fish are still quite deep.Intermediate lines are best with cats whiskers, damsels, budgies all taking fish. Some very good numbers were caught which were expected having been closed for 2 years. The fish are in great quality and anglers all commented on this and how hard they fought.Jim Walker had 15,Nicky Bremner had 22,Andy Fraser had 39,best around 6lbs,W Slouch had a fish of 5lb 8ozs,Russell Turner had 16 fish best at 5lb 3ozs,J Oshea had 2 browns released,Ian Love had 23 best at 4lbs,D Mackenzie had a fish of 3lbs,G Gauld had 23 best at 5lbs, and Bob Alexander had 8 fish to 4lbs.
Day session boats you collect keys at the Glen first and then Staff will be at Millbuies to collect at 4pm and hand out the evening boat keys and collect them at the end of session. In the event a member of staff is not there,a box is at Millbuies where you can put the keys in as long as all fish are recorded.More info on website.

Millbuies is also a Troutmaster water
