Forecast is for a little more rain over next few days, very brown and just over the banks at Kintore this evening.  If it stays dryish then it could be worth a bash with a big streamer on Monday or Tuesday, something with an orange cone on the front usually works well once there is about 2' visibility.

Sorry, can't help you James. I much rather wait until it drops to +/- 10" or so and is tea coloured.

James,

Perhaps a hothead (orange) bead head PTN or GRHE. I read an article about San Juan Worms working well in high coloured water down south  :z8 May be worth a go. How was the Ury looking- height and colour wise?

Nice fish btw  :z16

Nice fish James  :z16

I had a couple hours at parkhill 6-8 fishing streamers had one half pounder apear from under my feet and try get the fly that was the only action, until i managed to hook and land this fine specimen not the greatest of fights but managed to land it one pic and then returned.

Could this explain why the fish have been a bit off this last week, was it their time of the month  :wink
