Having berated Wychwood here for their poor service    when I needed a replacement tip section for my rod.

I can now joyfully    inform all that Wychwood will now supply their parts direct to the customer inclusive of postage and packing.

I now have a new tip section, called on Thursday - delivered on Monday, £25. 

Now that's what I'm talking about.
