First go at a feathery fly. Arse end of it could be better. Makes a change from black nymphs.
Taken with a Sigma DG zoom lense on Nikon D40 so not the best for macro even though it has a macro setting on it. Any tips on getting a better pic? My original lense is broke so iv no choice but to be about a meter away when snapping
