Thought it ony fair to share with you news of my recent visit to a local fishery between Inverurie & Huntly that has been receiving some bad press lately.
The owner has been working continuously for the last 2 months to clear the weed in what must have been a soul destroying exersise to try recover his business & the ponds are in much better order & now pretty much clear of weed, had a great session in difficult (windy) conditions, I managed to land 4 fish & I missed at least 8 offers to the dry fly, my mate managed to land 10 & he missed a few as well.
