Are those gonna be enough flies? why does the right hand side of the fly box resemble a Doctors Surgery?

I think I've got enough but if I had to buy some more once I get there I won't be too disapointed...

I've still got a bit of colouring in for the popper heads but will do that under an umbrella with a beer!
