Is it sufficient under any rules that you can own a beat,put a phone number down and then never answer any calls to that number? What I mean is that it looks like the beat is available whereas in fact you have no intention of letting anyone fish it! I don't want to name the beat but I am sure some of you can guess....

I got your email and know the beat you are talking about.  Availability can be booked online through Fish Don, choice of trout or all species permit.  This beat is very underfished, please let us know how you get on.
