Postage to Aberdeenshire

Just had another one of those phone calls ...... the lightweight, small parcel for the product that you ordered from us yesterday requires additional postage charges to Aberdeenshire Highlands Sir ...... £14.95 extra please! :shock

I cancelled the order obviously, but I get a lot of these and it really rips my knitting!  :z3

Perhaps we should start charging additional postage to send parcels from here to Englandshire! :z17

Was it an american parcel delivery service Mike? I've had it a few times from them when posting to Aberdeen but only when posting inside the UK. If it's from outside the UK it's never a problem.
