Are you up for doing a "Step By Step" of one of your flies for the December entries? :wink

Best wishes

John those tubes in the gallery are brilliant.

A step by step is quite easy to do. Just take a picture at each critical step in the fly. What's not so easy is getting good photos. Some strong bright light, a piece of card either blue or yellow or something similar behind the vice and a digital camera set on the macro function and some time to practise taking the photos is the difficult bit.

Hope this helps.

Hi John

Have a look through the November step by step entries to get an idea of how we do them http://www.fishingthefly.co.uk/forum/index.php?topic=3116.0 and I'm sure that any of those members will be happy to give you some first hand experience tips to help you if you send them a PM.

I think this would be more practical and helpful than me saying "do this & do that" :wink

There you go ....... you've got some help from Matt already :z16

Best wishes
Mike
