I'm up for it, situation dependant but will easily pay deposit on fishing/accommodation if that would be required.

Can't go up there without the tube - blasphemy

This week I have been mostly reading
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Trout-Boat-Experiences-Practical-Techniques/dp/187367497X/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1289607561&sr=8-2-catcorr
I am dreaming of some Loch style

Its a great book btw, anyone who fishes from a boat would love it. The guy has had some serious bags from the big Irish lough's and rightly appreciates them for what they are, trout heaven.

Yes I would like to come too.

Late June would suit me better as early May is still tree planting season and we might be away in the last two weeks of May.

Oddly enough, it's on the list of possible 'venues'. That said, we have a reasonable amount of space here at the new pad.... so depending upon numbers...... and folks willingness to camp out in the garden.... and budgets.... our place is 'do-able'  and within striking range of all venues on the provisional list  :wink

Now there's a great idea! May or June are the months we usually have our pelgrimage to Scotland, so can Da Dutchies join in the fun?

Having trouble with my PC - methinks it's on its last legs  :roll - so haven't been online for a few days.

Will have a chinwag with a few worthy souls and we can maybe start to firm this up a smidgen more.

Jeroen - it would be nice if we can make the dates match up  :z16

Heaps of commitments next season already, but wouldn't mind tagging along if i can?

Haven't fished much in that neck of the woods, well not as much as i would have liked anyway.

Cheers

Whilst the PC may be turning up it's toes and dying by degrees..... the laptop lives  :wink

Sounds good Allan - think the last time we managed a cast together was on Watten too many moons ago  :shock

Well guys,

Had dinner with me mates yesterday, dates are set for our next trip: Wednesday 8th through Sunday 12th of June 2011. 'Tomich' looks a real nice destination so, fingers crossed, we can make a match up!

Still a work in progress.......

My initial plan is to try and get some access to a spot of river water (for trout) along with some loch fishing, trust that suits everyone....... although I imagine Ben will not be happy unless his 'man vegetables' are chilled daily by the cool water of a highland river in pursuit of a leviathan trout - somewhere  :z4

Any particular requests for fishing  :?
