Don't be daft - it's in the blood - we don't ever give up do we?   :wink

I've got a new job in Melbourne starting in February so I'm leaving at Christmas  :z12.  No intention of coming back in a hurry so I'm having a clear out.

I'm getting rid of stuff that may be an issue for customs and/or I won't be needing in the foreseable future.

Keeping my #9 and 10# weight fly rods and pike fly reels/lines for the saltwater destinations along with some of my flies and the synthetic tying materials.
I'm also keeping hold of my trout fly gear for trips to Tasmania and NZ  :z2
My heavy spinning and jerkbait rods/reels and jerkbaits/plugs are going too just in case  :z8  (unless you want to make me an offer for some unused Savage and Zalt jerkbaits  :? I know what a lure tart you are  :z7)

So......wanna buy anything to help the relocation fund?

Chris

You don't have to travel to Tasmania for trout fishing. There are brown and rainbow trout in the rivers and lakes of the Snowy Mountains and all the high country of the great dividing range down into Victoria. The Trout season opens on the 1st October.

Tight lines, sport.

Chris, might be interested in some of the Savages..but to tell the truth, I have not cast a lure for about 2 years...too much into the fly :)

What ya got and how much do you want for them? :)

As for Melbourne, lucky sod! Some good Carp and Tench fishing down that way..and rainbows at a place called Dandenongs, but I have no idea what its like.

I believe there is some good Brownie fishing up in the Blue mountains, as well as skiing and snowboarding.

Lucky git!!

the blue mountians is ment to have great trout fishing near the back end when theres alot of water

as for the snow sports its cheaper to fly to nz than doing it in oz
