Last year when salmon fishing I would typically fish a stoats tail with a silver body and a blue throat and catch loads of little trout but this year I haven't had a single one.  Has anybody else noticed this?

not on the don because i havent fished it this year but my local river last year you would get little trout every cast and this year you sometimes strugle to get one all day
